  • CPX Research
  • Lootably
  • OfferToro
  • Revenue Universe
  • Other advertising and offerwall providers

Lootify.cash does not guarantee the availability, completion, approval, or payout of any third-party offer.

3. NO GUARANTEE OF EARNINGS

Lootify.cash does not guarantee:

  • Any minimum earnings
  • Availability of offers
  • Successful offer completion
  • Qualification for surveys
  • Continuous access to the platform

Earnings and offer availability may vary based on geographic location, advertiser demand, device compatibility, and fraud screening systems.

4. USER CONDUCT

Users agree not to:

  • Create multiple accounts
  • Use VPNs, proxies, emulators, or virtual devices to abuse offers
  • Submit false or misleading information
  • Exploit bugs or loopholes
  • Engage in referral fraud
  • Use automated software or bots
  • Abuse advertiser systems
  • Engage in unlawful activity

Violation of these Terms may result in:

  • Account suspension
  • Permanent bans
  • Balance reversal
  • Withdrawal cancellation
  • Loss of rewards
  • Reporting to third-party partners or authorities when applicable

5. FRAUD PREVENTION

Lootify.cash may use fraud prevention systems including:

  • IP monitoring
  • Device fingerprinting
  • Duplicate account detection
  • Velocity tracking
  • VPN/proxy detection
  • Manual account reviews

We reserve the right to investigate suspicious activity at our sole discretion.

6. WITHDRAWALS & PAYMENTS

Withdrawals are reviewed manually and may be delayed for fraud prevention, advertiser verification, or operational review.

We reserve the right to:

  • Deny withdrawals
  • Reverse rewards
  • Request identity verification
  • Hold payments pending investigation
  • Modify withdrawal methods or limits

Minimum withdrawal thresholds may apply.

7. ACCOUNT TERMINATION

We may suspend, restrict, or terminate any account at any time, with or without notice, for violations of these Terms or suspicious activity.

Balances associated with terminated accounts may be forfeited.

We do not warrant that:

  • The platform will be error-free
  • Rewards will always track correctly
  • Services will always be available

  • Account suspensions
